Shipping Policy

What is the Shipping Philosophy of Dressable Store?

We believe in a transparent and hassle free transactions with our customers. So we take utmost care while preparing, Packing and sending your products and we make sure it reaches to you with the love from our team.

What is the delivery time period?

Orders within India are delivered within 7 – 10 working days and International orders are delivered in 10 to 15 working days for speed post and 21 to 30days for registered post. Delivery time may vary depending upon the shipping address.

Do you apply any shipping charges?

Within India, Dressable.co provides Free Shipping for Prepaid orders above Rs 300 within India and USD40 internationally. There will be a shipping charge of Rs.50 on all orders of Rs. 300 or below within India.
For shipping outside India, We charge USD5 for Registered Post and USD15 for Speed Post.

RETURN POLICY

  1. Customers can return their order within 7 days of the order delivery.
  2. All returns must be in unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
  3. The product amount will be credited back to his/her Dressable Store wallet or Discount coupons will be issued, once we have received the products and quality check is done.
  4. Refund of shipping and COD charges is NOT applicable.
  5. To self-ship your returns, you are requested to pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For the return, we recommend you to do it through a reliable local courier service. Please share shipping details on support@Dressable.co with your Order ID mentioned. Note: For replacement, kindly follow the return procedure for the product you want to replace and then use the store credit/discount coupon we give you in Dressable Store account to place the order for the new product.
  6. For products without any manufacturing defect/ fault from our end, we are NOT entitled to bear the return shipping charges. However, with a charge of Rs.100, reverse-pickups can be arranged in cases of Dislike, Wrong Phone model Ordered, Incorrect size Ordered, or any such issue where we are not at fault.
    Only the Purchased Amount will be refunded as a Discount coupon to the Customer.
  7. In case of manufacturing defects, Customers are requested to share an image or video as a proof for verification purpose. We can process a replacement or return only after a verification process is completed.

REFUND POLICY

Terms & Conditions for Refund.

  1. You can ask for a refund or replacement against any of your order within 7 days of its date of delivery, only if the products are found to be defective/ damaged.
  2. All refunds will be credited in your Dressable Store Wallet as store credits which you can use to shop on Dressable.co
  3. If you are a guest user you will need to register with the email address which you had used to place your order to access your account.

What are the rules for Courier charges refund?

  1. In case of manufacturing defects, for all self-shipped returns, we will provide you with a cashback of Rs.100 within India (USD 10 internationally) for shipments weighing up to 500 grams.
  2. Please make sure your courier costs do not exceed our cashback rates. We recommend using ‘Speed Post’ as your courier service because Speed Post is a government of India owned entity and has the most widely distributed postal network in India.
  3. Courier refund rates are fixed and will not change depending on the courier service you choose to return the product.

How long the refund procedure takes?

The refund procedure will be initiated within 24-48 hours once we receive your product. Once initiated, the amount will reflect in your Dressable Store E-wallet as store credits or Discounts coupons exclusively for you will be provided.
Where should I return my product?

I haven’t received my refund yet. What should I do?

We update our customers through emails once we initiate the refund procedure.
If our last email states that we have initiated the refund procedure, kindly wait for the process to complete.

You are requested to courier the product to us at the address mentioned below and we will reimburse courier charges in case of manufacturing defects only. (You will be credited Rs.100 cashback. If courier costs more than Rs.100, please retain your invoice and we will reimburse you accordingly)
